History: Harro is a frontier town. Settled by outcasts and misfits from Mutagarden they are often under attack by the natural monsters that live around them. Harro does not have a government, the people for the most part stay together for protection and are usually too worried about living another day to worry about politics. The majority of the people who live here have been shunned, twisted, and hurt and yet they don't know anything else and so are still loyal to Mutagarden.
Description: Harro looks like a large group of shacks. Most of the buildings are in bad shape in need of repair. The townsfolk themselves have a haggard and battered look and yet they are strong and hearty because of their experience. They readily take in more misfits from Mutagarden but are wary of outsiders from anywhere else.
