Warlock
Warlocks are the sorcerers of Lajoun. Their power is in their blood and it is truly hereditary. A warlock is marked by a visible birthmark that is always on the head causing a contrast color hair (usually a very bright color) to grow from the spot. Warlocks cannot cut this hair which grows longer as they grow in power. This makes it very difficult for a warlock to hide what they are but most don't want to hide anyway. Warlocks are very charismatic. They are consumed by their hereditary magic and therefor connot multiclass, period. Warlocks wield only pure magic with no elemental ties.

Special Familiar: At first level warlocks gain a familiar that seems to come from their birthmark when they call it. The familiar is unique to the individual but has knowledge of the families warlock history and may even take over training if the warlock parent cannot. A list of some ideas for these familiars and how they gain abilities along with there master will be here someday.

Magic: Warlock spells have no elemental descriptor and all spells do plain 'magic' damage. This will be reflected in their spell list and in the description of spells.

Thematics: At first level a Warlock develops a unique visual theme to their spells. This can be as simple as a color that is present in visual spells to something as complex as visual motifs surrounding or within visual spells or the warlock themself as they cast spells. Be creative, Warlocks love to show flair and many are known by their thematics.

Special note: Races without hair still have a birthmark that instead of growing hair, grows larger. Take a Myconid for example would have a mark on its topmost mushroom-like head that would grow in size as the warlock grows in power.
